Newfield is a master-planned community of more than 3,800 acres in Palm City. Mattamy describes nine villages and 70% of the land preserved as undeveloped open space, using a traditional-neighborhood plan built around walkable streets, varied architecture, parks, and mixed uses.
Rosette Park is the first residential neighborhood and the current homebuilding center. It connects to Newfield Farm, the Citrus House wellness center, and the Kiplinger Conservancy trail system, while Downtown Newfield remains a future commercial district that is now leasing space.
